St. Thomas More parish had a Fall Family Fun Faire on Sunday Oct. 30, 2022, in Irvine. I dedicated my St. Thomas More Veterans faire canopy to his memory. Fr. John Janze was our adopted chaplain. He authorized me to form a veterans ministry on Veterans Day 2010.
Here’s a photo of my salute to him for his 25 years as our pastor: 1996-2021. The flag case was our present at his retirement ceremony on June 27, 2021. He passed away on April 19, 2022, and is buried at Holy Sepulcher in Orange.
