A longtime resident of Orange County, Kelly Hudson is a wife, a mother, and author of a fascinating book entitled “Losing, Learning and Loving.” Rick opens the show by saying that Kelly has done “a lot of losing..” This is a reference to the popular television show that she worked on called “The Biggest Loser.” Kelly worked on the show as the director of sports medicine.
