MATER DEI STUDENTS PERFORM AT DISNEY’S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE PARK
Students from Mater Dei’s Performing Arts Department delivered a 30-minute musical theatre performance at Disney’s California Adventure Park on Wednesday, Nov. 16. To perform, the students had to pass an audition back in September. The students performed in a 30-minute performance of musical theatre songs and were able to experience first-hand what it’s like to be a Disneyland cast member for the day.
“The Disneyland directors were extremely complimentary of the polite and professional demeanor of our students, as well as their impressive level of talent,” said Andrea Fouts, Mater Dei’s Musical Theatre Teacher.
“It was a wonderful experience for them!”
